WIP Count: 2
WIP Ideas: a bazillion!
Hey everyone! Well I'm sad to say that I haven't accomplished much on my Madrona Road quilt. Ugh! I don't know if I'm going to make my deadline of the 31st! But in all fairness I spent this weekend baking with my bestie instead of sewing - and I wouldn't have it any other way.
But I do want to say thank you to everyone that provided feedback on my design.
I put a piece of blue scrap on my quilt, taped it to our railing, and debated. And then I just threw in the towel and sewed!
I can honestly say I'm not sure which I like better. But the quilt is basted and I hope to start quilting it Thursday night.
Want to see the back?
I hate how the light is hitting it and making it look all wrinkly. But I'm lucky that it was too cold to run outside and I could take advantage of the little light I have after work!
So...other than trying to stay warm (if you're in the Midwest like me) what have 'ya been up too?
